While the entire build process took a bit longer than expected due to an unforeseen excavation issue and the 416 fire, we couldn’t be happier with our Kogan Builders, Glacier Club home. After buying our lot we met with and interviewed several Durango builders that our realtor recommended. As out of state Texas clients, from the start, we worked closely with the KBI designers, Tracy and Jackie and our project manager Jon. The three of them kept the building project moving along with a handful of site visits and regular conference calls and were instrumental in helping us make our design decisions. The few times we got bogged down and had a hard time making our design choices with the KBI team, they were there to offer expert design insights that kept our project moving along.
