You love SW Colorado, but you aren’t finding the dream home or perfect location for building. We can help! When Cliff and Paula came to us, they had been searching the area with realtors for the ideal house or building location. They just hadn’t landed the lot that said “Yes!” until they came to Asher Custom Homes. The clients wanted the quintessential mountain location with views and plenty of room to build a one-story, three-bedroom, three-car garage home. Having lived in Arizona and Florida, they needed experts in the area that could point them in the right direction.

The Asher team is resourceful. We know our community and we have in-depth knowledge of the region. We often know about unlisted lots for sale and Asher may have prime real estate for sale that may not be listed on MLS. We knew of, and quickly referred them to a seller for a lot that was not listed. Our team provided all the due diligence including soils testing, surveying, site analysis and design ideas so that the potential clients could make an informed and final decision.

Views of the mountains, privacy and plenty of open space met all the criteria for their perfect building lot. This was the beginning of Asher’s relationship with Cliff and Paula. Our professional design-build team produced an architecturally stunning home.
